General and playtests
For playtest schedules, patch notes, gameplay questions, and community support, use the official Citadel Discord. Do not post passwords, authentication codes, private account information, or vulnerability details in public channels.
Privacy and legal
Send privacy requests, legal notices, account-data questions, and rights requests to legal@thecitadel.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or interaction, but do not send passwords or government identification unless we specifically request it through a secure process.
Security reports
Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to legal@thecitadel.com with “Security” in the subject line. Include a clear description and reproduction steps. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose an unresolved issue.
